At Woodfast, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our furniture and home goods. If your selection doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Woodfast crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
